Description: Phoenix is a very stylish Trad Stern narrowboat. She is very well presented and a credit to her owners. She was built by Dobson's Boat Yard, Canal Craft.

The saloon is a bright and airy thanks to the large windows and the light wood used. There's a Bubble corner diesel stove for those cosy winter days. There is ample seating with a large sofa on Stb side and an extendable sofa on the port side. Plus, ample storage and fwd access to the bow.

The galley is lovely. It benefits from ample workspace, storage and amenities. It has nice tile splash backs and fitted with a twin oven/grill, 4x ring LPG hob, 240v/12v fridge, stainless steel sink with drainer and with mixer tap and built in ironing board.

This leads on to the dinette which converts to a double berth. There's storage beneath the seating and overhead storage too one side.

Next is the shower room. This is fitted with a good size shower cubical, macerator toilet, round hand basin with storage and hot and cold water. This is a well laid out room and is bright and airy. There is a large wardrobe between the shower room and the primary berth.

This then leads on to the aft primary berth, fitted with a full-size double bed with storage beneath and overhead cupboards.

You then move on to the helm. There is the standard sliding roof and twin doors opening up onto the aft deck. Here you find two lovely tractor style seats and the tiller. The engine and throttle controls are on the port side. Engine access is beneath. Phoenix has been two pack painted and looks lovely.

Early viewing is highly recommended.

Safety: BSS till 11/06/2029.
