In 2004, Tingdene acquired the prestigious Thames & Kennet Marina on the Royal River Thames. It is one of the largest inland marinas in the country boasting two marinas in one, offering Cruiser, Narrowboat, and Dutch Barge moorings. Since acquiring Thames & Kennet Marina, Tingdene have increased its interest within inland and coastal waterway marinas. Acquiring 11 further marinas and ten boat sales offices meant establishing the company as one of the largest operators of premier marinas in the country.
Today, Tingdene Marinas & Boat Sales operates a nationwide network of marinas and boat sales offices, helping customers buy, sell and berth boats across some of the UK’s most popular inland waterways and coastal locations. All 11 of Tingdene’s Boat Sales offices on the River Thames, River Severn, River Great Ouse, River Trent, Southern Norfolk Broads and the River Wey are interlinked for buyers and sellers alike. We offer the full range of sports cruisers and motor yachts from Delphia, Viking Cruisers, Maxima and Rebel. Plus, approaching 150 used boats, for sale at any one time.
