Spring is the perfect time to get back on the water, and what better way to kick off the season than with a fantastic weekend at Farndon Marina?

We’re delighted to invite you to our 3rd Open Weekend, taking place on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May 2026. Whether you’re a seasoned boater, one of our valued berth holders, or simply looking for a great day out by the water, this free event has something for everyone.

A Weekend for Boaters and Families Alike

Our Open Weekend is all about bringing people together, celebrating boating life while creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for visitors of all ages.

You’ll be able to explore a range of boats on display, including models from Rebel RIBs, Thanes Marine and other leading brands. There will also be live on-water demonstrations, giving you the chance to see these boats in action and experience their performance first-hand.

Alongside the boats, we’ll be joined by a variety of marine exhibitors, ready to share advice, answer questions, and help you get the most out of your time on the water.

Supporting Local: Stalls, Food & Drink

We’re proud to be welcoming a range of local stalls and suppliers to the marina across the weekend. It’s a great opportunity to discover and support businesses from the surrounding area while enjoying everything the event has to offer.

There will also be a selection of independent food and drink vendors on-site, so you can grab something tasty and make a proper day of it—whether you’re staying for a few hours or the whole afternoon.

A Special Evening for Berth Holders & Vendors

If you’re a berth holder or one of our event vendors, the weekend doesn’t stop when the sun goes down.

Join us on Saturday evening for a relaxed movie night at the marina. Just bring a chair and a bottle, settle in, and enjoy a film with friends in a laid-back, social setting. And don’t worry about the British weather—it’ll all be comfortably hosted in our marquee.
