Lilly Ann is an ever-popular Aintree Beetle 25ft narrowboat, commissioned and built in 2019. Compact yet impressively well appointed, she offers a versatile and cleverly designed interior, ideal for day cruising, weekend escapes, or longer adventures afloat. The aft cabin features port and starboard single Pullman’s-style dinette seating, which converts easily into twin single berths when required. Midships, a galley is positioned to port with a wet-room-style bathroom opposite to starboard. Forward, the cabin benefits from port and starboard bench seating that converts into a comfortable cross-width double berth, providing additional sleeping accommodation. Propulsion is provided by a modern Beta Marine 16hp three-cylinder diesel engine with just 56 engine hours. Comfort onboard is enhanced by an Eberspächer Airtronic D4 heating system, alongside comprehensive 12V and 240V electrical systems, making Lilly Ann ready for immediate cruising. Lilly Ann is now available to view seven days a week at Pyrford Marina. For enquiries or to arrange a viewing, please contact our team on 01932 340739.

Interior Arrangements
Entering the vessel via the central stern doors leads into a bright and welcoming cabin space. To port and starboard are single Pullman’s-style dinettes with forward and aft-facing seating, both of which convert easily into twin single berths when required. Ample storage is provided beneath the seating, offering excellent practicality without compromising comfort. Aft, the 12V distribution panel is neatly positioned, with the inverter located below the starboard dinette. An additional cupboard with compact hanging space provides further storage.
The galley is well appointed with solid wood work surfaces and bespoke cabinetry. Appliances include a Thetford combined sink with single-lever mixer tap and integrated two-burner gas hob unit, a separate built-in Thetford gas grill and oven, and a 12V fridge with ice box, creating a highly functional and thoughtfully designed kitchen area.
A spacious wet-room-style bathroom makes excellent use of the available space and is fitted with a ceramic hand basin with single-lever mixer tap, shower, and Thetford cassette toilet.
Forward, the cabin provides direct access to the bow well deck. Port and starboard bench seating forms a comfortable lounge area, which converts easily into a cross-width double berth. The saloon is also equipped with a TV for onboard entertainment. Further storage is located beneath the seating, with forward shelves and cupboards offering additional stowage.
