Libertas is a spacious 62ft six-berth Narrowboat built in 2004 by Charter Boats Ltd. Designed in the ever-popular reverse layout, this versatile vessel offers generous accommodation ideally suited to family cruising, extended holidays afloat, or conversion into a comfortable liveaboard. Entering from the stern, the galley is positioned aft and leads through into a sociable saloon featuring an L-shaped dinette. Forward of the saloon is a bathroom fitted with a shower and pump-out toilet, followed by a midships master cabin with a fixed double berth. A second bathroom is positioned further forward and benefits from a bath and an additional pump-out toilet. The forward cabin features port and starboard bench seating, which can be converted into an across-width double berth, completing the flexible six-berth accommodation. Propulsion is provided by a Beta Marine 38hp four-cylinder diesel engine. Cabin heating is supplied via an Eberspächer diesel-fired central heating system feeding radiators throughout the boat, while hot water is delivered through the engine calorifier and central heating system. Both 12V and 240V electrical systems are installed onboard for modern convenience. Previously operated as a hire boat, Libertas offers exceptional accommodation space and exciting potential for modernisation. An ideal project for a family seeking separate sleeping cabins or for buyers looking to create a spacious liveaboard with the flexibility to incorporate a home office or additional living space.
