A LOVELY CORNISH COASTAL FISHING STYLE STEEL CRUISER. THIS IS A PROJECT BOAT.

Accommodation:   Rowen is a one-of-a-kind steel cruiser designed around the Cornish coastal fishing boats and is capable of being beached.

 

Access to Rowen is from either side into the cockpit.

The helm is Port side.

There is aft seating with stowage beneath.

Engine access is under the cockpit floor.

The toilet compartment is located off the cockpit down a couple of steps. There is an electric Thetford cassette loo and a fold down hand basin.

Moving forward.

You step down into the cabin which has 6' roof.

The cabin is very light and airy thanks to the light wood, large opening windows

The Dinette is on the portside which converts to a double bed with stowage beneath and mid-level storage. Opposite is the lovely galley.

It's equipped with a 3 ring LPG cooker with hob, grill and oven. Full-size stainless-steel sink and drainer, mixer tap and ample storage space. The fridge is located between the dinette and the 'V' berth.

Moving Fwd is the 'V' berth fitted with fold down TV/DVD player and under and over storage.

 

Moving to the aft cabin.

You step down from the centre cockpit into the aft cabin.

The aft cabin is light and airy and benefits from opening windows and the deck hatch.

There are two single berths, central Storage and weed hatch.

Inventory: Navigation lights, VHF radio, speed log, depth sounder compass and barometer. 240v shore support and battery charger.                                                          

Decks: Anchor, Anchor chain, Manual windlass, Fenders, Warps, Stainless steel pulpit, side and grab rails.
