These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Tingdene Marinas Ltd. Winter 15% off Monthly Seasonal Moorings Promotion (“Promotion”). By entering into a new or renewed temporary/seasonal mooring contract under this Promotion, customers agree to the following:

1. Promotion Eligibility

The 15% off seasonal berths Promotion is available only on seasonal/temporary mooring tariffs, either paid in advance or via monthly Direct Debit (DD). Standard payment terms will apply. This offer does not apply to annual moorings.

2. 15% Off Mooring Offer

• This promotion is open to customers who purchase a monthly seasonal berth at all Tingdene Marinas during the winter 2025 season.
• The 15% off mooring offer includes a temporary seasonal berth for payment in advance on a monthly contract.
• 15% off mooring fees at any one of Tingdene Marinas Ltd. Marinas.
• The 15% off mooring period begins on the date the contract/agreement is signed and lasts for the duration of each month the berth is occupied and paid for.
• The mooring location is subject to availability and must be confirmed with the marina at the time of agreement.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid for all new or renewed contracts signed between 12:00 am on 1^st October 2025 and 12:00 pm on 31^st March 2026.
The Promotion applies to the temporary/seasonal tariff as published on 1st April 2024 and will apply for the full term of a temporary/seasonal contract started or renewed within the timeframe above. At the conclusion of the promotional contract term, the applicable rate will revert to the then-current standard rate.

4. Temporary/Seasonal Mooring Terms

All Tingdene Marinas mooring terms apply to contracts within this Promotion. For detailed mooring terms, please see [our mooring terms] (https://tingdeneboating.com/mooring-terms/).

5. Availability

The Promotion is subject to availability and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Tingdene Marinas Ltd. cannot guarantee availability of annual mooring spaces at any given marina location.

6. Conditions of Use

• Mooring is subject to Tingdene Marinas Ltd. marina terms and conditions.
• The offer applies to new mooring agreements and cannot be transferred to another berth, vessel or person.
• Any additional services or upgrades beyond the standard temporary/seasonal mooring package will incur additional charges.

7. Exclusions

• This promotion is not applicable to previously agreed moorings or moorings agreed outside the promotional period.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or incentives.
• This Promotion does not apply to fuel, gas and electric, or other ancillary products or services – including cranage and dry-docking, provided by Tingdene Marinas Ltd.

8. General

• Tingdene Marinas Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• No cash alternative is available for the 15% off seasonal mooring offer.
• By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. Liability

• Tingdene Marinas Ltd. accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of the mooring.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring their boat is insured, licensed and compliant with marina regulations.

Fortnum & Mason Hamper Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Tingdene Boat Sales Ltd and Tingdene Marinas Ltd Customer Service Survey Promotion (“Promotion”). By completing the survey and submitting their contact details, customers agree to the following:

1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw
2. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
3. Entries must be received by 17:00 GMT 1st September 2025. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
4. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize. To enter, you must be a fully paid Tingdene berth holder who has completed and submitted the customer service survey/questionnaire, with your email address included at the end of the survey. All those who do this will be entered into the draw. Should you wish to complete the questionnaire anonymously you may do so.
5. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 22^nd July 2025.
6. The prize for the winner is a Fortnum and Mason Express Hamper.
7. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be notified via email or post by Friday 5^th September 2025. The winner must claim their prize within 30 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
9. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
10. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity, if required.
11. Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in Promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter.
12. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

12 Months Free Mooring Offer Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Tingdene Boat Sales Ltd and Tingdene Marinas Ltd Viking River Cruiser Promotion (“Promotion”). By purchasing a stock or new Viking River Cruiser under this Promotion, customers agree to the following:

1. Promotion Eligibility

• This promotion is open to customers who purchase selected new or new in-stock boats.

2. Free Mooring Offer

• The free mooring offer includes one year’s standard mooring fees at any one of Tingdene Marinas Ltd 10 inland marinas.
• The free mooring period begins on the date of the boat handover and lasts for 12 consecutive months.
• The mooring location is subject to availability and must be confirmed with the marina at the time of agreement.

3. Conditions of Use

• Mooring is subject to Tingdene Marinas Ltd standard marina terms and conditions.
• The offer applies to new boats purchased during the promotion and cannot be transferred to another vessel or person.
• Any additional services or upgrades beyond the standard mooring package will incur additional charges.

4. Exclusions

• This promotion is not applicable to previously purchased boats, used boats, or boats ordered outside the promotional period.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or incentives.
• Customers using a financing option must still comply with the promotion terms and conditions. 10% deposit within seven days.

This Price Freeze Promotion is available only on annual mooring tariffs, either paid in advance or via monthly Direct Debit (DD). Standard payment terms will apply. This offer does not apply to seasonal or temporary moorings.

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion is valid for all new or renewed contracts signed between 12:00 am on 1st April 2025 and 12:00 pm on 31st March 2026.
The Price Freeze applies to the standard tariff as published on 1st April 2024 and will apply for the full term of an annual contract started or renewed within the timeframe above.
