Boat Details

Cuddy is a charming 29ft Narrowboat built by R&D Fabrications in 1993. Thoughtfully designed to maximise comfort and space, she offers versatile accommodation for up to four people within a compact and practical layout. The interior arrangement features twin single bunk beds aft, followed by a wet room-style bathroom fitted with a pump-out toilet. A walkthrough galley sits midships, while the cosy saloon found forward offers port and starboard seating that can also be used as two additional single berths when required. Propulsion is provided by a Nanni 14hp two-cylinder diesel engine, with hot water supplied via the engine calorifier. Cabin heating is delivered by a multifuel stove located in the saloon, providing warmth during the cooler months. The boat is equipped with both 12V and 240V electrical systems, offering modern convenience within a compact and characterful vessel. Recent maintenance includes hull blacking in July 2024, hull surveyed in August 2021. The exterior coachwork was repainted in July 2024 and the Boat Safety Scheme Certificate is valid until July 2027. Cuddy is currently available for viewing at Pyrford Marina.
