Iris Lily is a superb one-owner-from-new 52ft semi-traditional narrowboat, built in 2018 by the renowned Knights Narrowboats. Cleverly designed in the ever-popular reverse layout, she maximises internal space to create a bright and airy interior that feels much larger than her 52ft length would suggest. The well-appointed galley is positioned aft, leading into a spacious saloon featuring an L-shaped dinette and comfortable freestanding armchairs, creating a welcoming and sociable living area. A walk-through bathroom follows, fitted with a modern Thetford cassette toilet with ceramic bowl. Forward, the relaxing master cabin benefits from direct access onto the bow well deck, completing a thoughtfully arranged and highly practical layout. Propulsion is provided by an economical Beta Marine 38hp four-cylinder diesel engine, paired with a PRM 150 D2 gearbox. Cabin heating is supplied via a diesel-fired Webasto central heating system, complemented by a Morso multifuel stove in the saloon. Hot water is delivered through the central heating system, engine calorifier, and a 240V immersion heater. Both 12V and 240V electrical systems are installed onboard for modern convenience. A superb opportunity to acquire an exceptionally well-maintained narrowboat, Iris Lily offers all the quality and condition of a recent new build without the associated premium price tag. Available to view seven days a week at Pyrford Marina. Please contact the team on 01932 343275 to arrange a viewing.
