1974 - Hampton Safari 25 - powered by a 36HP BMC 1.5 Diesel engine on shaft drive.
Presented to a good standard, she is a typical example of the ever popular Hampton Safari, well suited to the Broads or indeed to rivers and canals. Easy to handle especially with the reversing camera and monitor (Included but not fitted). Air draft allows clearance on most bridges with ease. She of course benefits from the sliding roof to the Wheel and saloon, perfect for those sunny afternoons or long hot summer evenings. The saloon itself offers a great social space, the wheel being to port, with the large L-shaped sofa to starboard. She includes a colour tv with ariel.
She has a fixed double to the stern with the saloon offering another double with the conversion of the sofa.
The galley is midships to port, and offers sufficient storage and work top space. Fitted with a stainless steel sink with mixer tap giving hot and cold water. A 4 burner gas hob, oven and grill and a 12v refrigerator. new microwave, toaster also both an electric and stovetop kettle. The head is to starboard and fitted with a manual pump toilet (to holding tank) shower and sink with hot and cold taps.
Her BMC 1.5 Diesel engine was last serviced in 2024, at which time a new raw water pump was fitted. She comes with various spare filters, oils etc. Last anti-fouled in winter 2024 and has a BSS Certificate that expires in April 2027
Overall she is a nice little boat, which offers a cost effective, family friendly, comfortable, easy to handle weekend cruiser.
