Trincomalee II is a Black Country 56’ Narrowboat built in 2000 to the current owners specification. Designed in a forward layout, this vessel boasts an open planned saloon with space available for free standing furniture, a U shaped galley, a guest cabin with bunk beds, a bathroom with a porta potti toilet and large shower cubical, and the master cabin with a fixed double bed is found aft.12v and 240v electrics with an inverter/charger. Central heating is provided from a back boiler off the multi fuel stove in the saloon, with hot water provided from the engine calorifer and a 240V immersion heater.  Offering ample accommodation space, this Narrowboat would be ideal for liveaboard or leisure cruising.  Saloon

The saloon has direct access onto a good size bow well deck which comes with a full cratch board and canopy. An open planned arrangement with space available for free standing furniture such as armchairs or a sofabed. A Multifuel Stove with a back boiler on a tilted hearth is positioned to starboard. Forward are two storage shelves.

Galley

A U-shaped galley with a surface mounted Vannett four burner gas hob with a built-in matching Vannett gas grill and oven underneath. A kitchen sink with a draining board. 12V fridge with icebox, three good size storage cupboards. A large pigeon box and port and starboard side hatches allows natural light and fresh air into the cabin when cooking.

Second Cabin

A fantastic feature of this 56ft Narrowboat is its second cabin located midships with bunk beds accommodating an extra two berths when required.

Bathroom

A spacious and modern bathroom with a cassette toilet, a hand basin set in a vanity unit with a single lever stainless-steel mixer tap. Alongside a separate shower cubical.

Master Cabin

A fixed double berth with storage underneath and overhead shelf with reading spotlights. A pigeon box allows additional light and ventilation into the cabin space.
