Christabel II is a popular Mayland Sapphire 23’ GRP cabin cruiser, built in 1989. Well suited to inland waterways and river cruising, she offers a practical and comfortable layout, ideal for day trips and weekend adventures. The accommodation provides three berths, along with a compact galley equipped with a two-burner gas hob, grill, 12v fridge and kitchen sink. A separate toilet/head compartment and a number of useful storage areas make life onboard both convenient and enjoyable. Powered by a 2014 Mercury 20hp four-stroke outboard petrol engine. Hot water is supplied via a Rinnai instant gas water heater, and the boat is fitted with 12V electrics for onboard systems. The engine was last serviced in Summer 2024. The Boat Safety Scheme Certificate is valid until July 2029, and the hull was last antifouled in 2020. Cockpit

The spacious cockpit provides plentiful seating, making it an ideal area for socialising and relaxing underway or when moored. The helm position is situated to starboard on a raised platform, offering good visibility when underway, with a full-width bench seat across the stern.

Cabin

The cabin is thoughtfully arranged to maximise space and versatility. A V-berth converts easily into a double berth, while a port-side bench seat can also be used as a single berth, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for up to three. Opposite, the compact galley is equipped with a sink, a two-burner gas hob with grill below, and a 12V fridge with ice box. A separate WC compartment houses a Thetford Porta Potti chemical toilet, offering practical onboard facilities.
