A GOOD EXAMPLE OF THIS ECONOMICAL SPORTS CRUISER

Accommodation: Kiwi Rose is a good example of a clean and tidy, economical sports cruiser which offers a spacious cockpit

and ample cabin space. She is a 1999 build year and a 2000 model.

Access is gained via the port side transom door into the spacious cockpit.

For a 24.5’ boat she offers ample seating. You have a large aft seating area (Engine access beneath) with adjoining stb side seating and seating behind the mid ship double helm seat.

The helm is very clear and easy to read and has a nice sporty feel thanks to the black carbon fibre effect dash and wooded Momo steering wheel.

Kiwi Rose also benefits from having a wet bar and igloo cooler box which is rare on a compact sports cruiser and makes a great addition to the boat.

There is also a large locker port side prior to the cabin door. Assess to the cabin is via the port side door. You step down into the cabin where you have a generous sized under cockpit berth (battery master switch panel location).

The galley is stb side and equipped with 1 ring 240v/spirit burner, microwave, Fridge and hot and cold-water supply. The hot water is via the calorifier/immersion.

Opposite is the shower/toilet compartment which is fitted with an electric sea toilet to holding tank (45Lts). Macerator, Hand basin and shower with hot and cold-water supply, large mirror, storage and opening port hole.

FWD is the large dinette which converts to a double berth. There are ceiling lights, deck hatch and opening port holes too.

Inventory: Navigation lights, Lowrance Plotter, Lowrance GPS, Lowrance Speed log, Lowrance depth sounder, Raymarine VHF radio and Lowrance compass. (The Lowrance nav kit is combined in a Lowrance LMS520c).

Decks: Anchor, Anchor chain, remote search light, Fenders, Warps, Stainless steel pulpit, Bathing platform and Boarding ladder.

Safety: Safety: 2x Fire extinguishers, Automatic engine room fire extinguisher, Fire blanket, Bilge pump and BSS till 07/2027.
