We are recruiting for a Marina Assistant to join our team at Upton Marina- and this is one you don’t want to miss!

So, what will the role as Marina and Estates Assistant involve?

• Ensuring site inspections are regularly completed to keep our Marina in tip-top condition
  
• Operating machinery such as our boat hoist and lifting equipment
  
• General estate maintenance
  
• Supporting in the Marina office where required
  
• Delivering exceptional levels of Customer service to both new and existing customers
  
• General onsite support where required

What experience do you need to be a Marina and Estates Assistant?

• Being computer literate
  
• Ability to “get stuck in” and work collectively as a team
  
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  
• An interest in site maintenance, and more importantly- Boats!

• A 35 hour working week. (As our Marina is open 24/7, this will include some weekend and Bank holiday working)
