Vivien Ann is a well presented example of the Viking Seamaster 27, the model was developed by Viking in the early 2000’s and subsequently the similar layout derived into the Viking 295 and 300 models. Vivien Ann is a well presented example of the Viking Seamaster 27, the model was developed by Viking in the early 2000's and subsequently the similar layout derived into the Viking 295 and 300 models. This example thus offers an amazing amount of boat at 50% of the price of an equivalent pre owned Viking 295 or 300 yet features the same amount of accommodation and spacious cockpit. The layout incorporates a spacious and comfortable V bed to the bow, a U shaped dinette to port with sideboard opposite and space for a TV. The galley is of L shape design aft of the dinette with a good sized heads, wash basin and shower to starboard. a feature of the boat is a spacious double berth beneath the cockpit. The cockpit features a double helm seat to port with U shape seating aft which can change to a sunbed and with removable cushions access is to the side decks port and starboard. The boat is well presented with a 2024 survey and having just been valeted inside and out, the canopy was new in 2022 with a good few years use left, Power is from a 50 Hp Honda serviced in late 2022 but with next to no use since. Options fitted include :- Bow thruster, Heating, Shore power, Battery Charger, Simulated Teak Cockpit floor.
