Boat Details

Irma is a pristine example of a 41 foot Sea Otter narrowboat built in 2003, however first delivered in August 2004. Like all Sea Otters, this boat is constructed using Marine grade aluminum alloy,  allowing you to spend more time cruising and less time on maintenance like re-blacking, changing anodes or touching up rusty paintwork. Designed in a forward layout saloon with attractive master cabin aft with fixed double bed, a bathroom with cassette toilet and good sized shower, a galley and Pullman style dinette for two, convertible to a single bed with a bunk above. L design seating in the saloon allows you both to put your feet up to watch TV when converted to a double berth or used with the large folding table to seat four. Powered by an economical Nanni diesel engine. Central heating by Webasto diesel fired system. Hot water supplied by the engine calorifier, or the Webasto diesel heater, or with an immersion heater when connected to shore power.  240V and 12V electrics on board. BSS valid to November 2027.  Engine serviced in September 2024. Structural survey just completed. This is a superb 5/6-berth narrowboat ideal for canal or river cruising. What really sets Irma apart is her exceptional condition, both inside and out. Her interior is tastefully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing after a long day's cruising. The clever use of space means that there's ample storage throughout, and the galley is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals on the move. Whether you're a seasoned boater or just starting out, Irma is the perfect choice. With her reliable Nanni diesel engine and robust Webasto heating system, you can cruise in confidence, whatever the weather. And when you're not on the water, her compact size makes her easy to moor and maintain. Don't miss out on the opportunity to own this fantastic narrowboat.
