Ory a 48’ Cruiser Stern Narrowboat built by Colecraft Boat Builders in 1979.

Designed in the popular reverse layout, this Narrowboat offers a galley and single style dinette aft, a twin cabin with bunk beds and utility area midships, a walkthrough bathroom with a pump out toilet, and the saloon is found forward with an L shaped dinette.

Powered by a 2003 Beta Marine 38hp 4-cylinder diesel engine. Cabin heating is provided by a multi fuel stove in the saloon. Hot water is supplied by a Paloma instant gas hot water heater. 12V electrics on board.

Blacked in 2019, Engine serviced in August 2019, Boat safety certificate valid until March 2026.

Galley / Single Dinette

Central stern doors leads into a light and cozy cabin. A good size galley is found aft with a surface mounted 4 burner gas hob, and a Vanette grill and oven. A stainless-steel kitchen sink with draining board, a Shoreline 12V fridge, plenty of high and low level shelves, cupboards and a larder.

Opposite the galley features a single Pullmans style dinette with forward and aft facing seats. This can be converted to form a single berth.

Midships Cabin

Walking through the cabin, twin bunk beds are found to starboard. Opposite, a utility style area with sink, hot water boiler, storage cupboards and wardrobe space.

Bathroom

Following through to the walk-through bathroom with a shower and pump out lavatory.

Saloon / Convertible Master Cabin

The saloon is found forward and has direct access to the bow well deck. A fixed L shaped dinette can comfortably seat four crew. This can be converted to form a comfortable double bed, accommodating two extra berths when required. Storage found beneath the seating.

X 1 starter batter. X 2 domestic batteries. 12V electrics onboard.

Heating and Hot Water System

A Morso Squirrel multi fuel stove on a tiled hearth is located in the saloon. A Paloma instant gas water heater is supplied on board providing hot water to the galley, midship cabin and shower on demand.
