The interior of 'Olivia Jane' offers accommodation for six with a minimum headroom of 6'03''. The cabin is laid out in an airy open plan design with a ‘L’ shaped dinette to port with removable table & a ‘V’ shaped seating area forward. Both convert to double berths.
Opposite the dinette and to starboard is the galley with a 2 ring gas hob, sink with hot/cold mixer tap, gas oven + grill, 12v/240v fridge and plenty of closed cupboard storage.
The water heater runs on gas or 240v mains.
There are two double 240v mains sockets with USB ports as well as a standard 12v socket.
Opposite the galley is the head/shower with a Thetford cassette toilet with electric fresh water flush. Aft of the galley is a full height wardrobe. Beneath the cockpit is a generous double berth 7' in length with an opening window to the cockpit. Aft of this is a large storage locker containing the solid water tank.

The cockpit features the helm to port with hydraulic steering to the outboard engine, single lever engine controls, ancillary switches, cockpit light, bow thruster controls and RPM, engine hours and water level meters.
There is a reversable double helm seat with storage below as well as two seating areas aft. These are separated by a central access through the transom to a moulded bathing platform with additional metal frame bathing extension where access can be gained to either port or starboard.
A removable circular cocktail table slots into a socket in the cockpit floor.

The Viking 275 is fully hand moulded featuring a gel coat exterior strengthened by chopped strand matt. All exterior fittings are in stainless steel & the boat has side decks of approximately 10" in width. Sturdy handrails are located on the cabin top & the bow is surrounded by a stainless-steel pulpit.
The five-section cockpit windscreen can be folded to enable passage under low bridges. The central window easily folds down – useful in poor light conditions, mild rain or cruising on a hot day. The Port side incorporates an electric wiper.
The cabin side windows are of a one-piece section giving the maximum amount of natural light into the cabin. Integral sliding windows allow extra ventilation.
