Description

The Succes 108 OC Ultra has cockpit doors to bi-fold completely to each side, bringing the cockpit & saloon to form a totally open & flat living area together with the easy access through the transom to the bathing platform makes the craft accessible to all. The craft is presented in "excellent" condition throughout with only three owners from new. She is fitted with a bow & stern thruster to aid manoeuvrability. Webasto warm air heating facilitates enjoyable time afloat throughout the seasons. Boat Safety Scheme Certificate until the 5th of December 2027.

Layout

Saloon / Wheelhouse
Accessed from the aft cockpit through two fully bi-folding doors. To starboard is a sofa with dining/coffee table. The sofa converts to a double berth & features a sprung mattress. Opposite cupboards provide plentiful storage. Port
& starboard blinds (new 2020) enable privacy. The helm has pilot & navigators seats, speed log, compass, depth sounder, windscreen wipers to all three windows. Single lever engine control. The engine compartment is below
the floor which is double carpeted.

Galley
Two steps down from the saloon. The galley is fitted with a Thetford hob and cover with extractor over, gas oven and grill, Waeco Coolmatic refrigerator, all cupboard and surfaces refitted in 2016, the cupboards featuring integral
storage racks, which open with the cupboard door.

Forward Cabin                                                                                              The forward cabin has an island double bed fitted with a new custom made John Lewis sprung mattress, wardrobe, storage shelving in cupboard and door to the head/shower.

Head & Shower Compartment
Accessed via the forward cabin and galley area. The toilet is separated from the shower cubicle by a folding glass
shower door. The basin is sited within the shower cubical. The electric head is connected to a holding tank with
sea discharge option fitted.
The entire area was refitted in 2016 with new linings, new shower tray, new hardware and toilet.

Aft Cockpit
Accessed via the teak laid bathing platform & transom door the spacious teak laid aft cockpit has access to the
wide side decks. A large lazerette storage area is below.
