Floating Asset a charming Cruiser Stern 45ft Narrowboat built by Liverpool Boats in 2004.

Designed in a forward layout, this vessel offers a master cabin with a fixed double berth located aft, a bathroom with a pump-out toilet, a U-shaped galley, and a saloon with an L shaped dinette.

Powered by an Isuzu 33hp diesel engine with a Newage PRM 120D2 gearbox. Cabin heating is provided by a multi fuel stove in the saloon and an Eberspacher diesel fired boiler running radiators through the boat. Hot water is supplied by the engine calorifier and central heating. 240V and 12V electrics on board.

Blacked in March 2020, Engine serviced in April 2023, Boat safety certificate valid until April 2027.

Interior

Master Cabin

Entrance into the cabin via the stern deck leads into the comfortable master cabin. A fixed double berth is located to port with two storage draws underneath. Overhead storage cupboard with reading light. Additional storage / wardrobe is found aft of the berth.

Bathroom

The shower room / heads utilise all space available. A Vetus pump out toilet is found to port with a 215 L waste tank, a hand basin set in a vanity unit with individual hot and cold stainless-steel taps alongside, mirror above and opposite a good size shower with clever storage comparts alongside.

Galley

A U-shaped galley arrangement with a surface mounted Vanette 4 burner gas hob, built in matching grill and oven. A stainless-steel kitchen sink with draining board, Shorline 12V fridge with icebox, high and low level storage cupboards. Starboard side hatch with a Perspex window allows additional ventilation and light into the cabin.

Saloon / L Shaped Dinette

The saloon is found forward and has direct access to the bow well deck. A fixed L shaped dinette can comfortably seat 4 around the table to dine. This can be converted to form a double bed, accommodating two extra berths when required. Additional storage is found beneath the seating. The multi fuel stove is positioned to port and opposite a TV unit with a 12v radio.
