Designed in the popular reverse layout, this vessel offers a fully equipped galley fitted with full sized appliances, a saloon with a double sofa bed and a built TV cabinet, a spacious bathroom with pump out toilet, and the master cabin with a fixed king size berth is found forward.

Powered by an efficient Sole 4-cylinder 65hp diesel engine. The engine provides all the required power whilst also ensuring this is done with minimal engine noise. Central heating is supplied by an Alde gas boiler and multi fuel stove in the saloon. Hot water is supplied by the central heating, calorifier, and 240V immersion. Both 240V and 12V electrics on board.

Blacked in November 2020, Engine serviced in April 2022, Boat Safely Scheme Certificate valid to March 2027.

Galley

Center stern doors leads into a spacious cabin. The galley is found aft and boasts granite work surfaces, a surface mounted Belling four burner gas hob with an extractor fan above, a built in oven and grill underneath. Under counter integrated fridge with icebox and washing machine. Stainless steel under slung sink with a single lever mixer tap. Breakfast bar with two stools.

Saloon

An open planned saloon with a built in TV cabinet, Morso Squirrel multi fuel stove with tiled surround and hearth. A comfortable double sofa bed, providing an additional two extra berths when required. A built in fold up dining table with 4 integral chairs which fold two each side of the unit, plus seat cushions.

Bathroom

A short corridor leads to a luxurious bathroom with a full-size bath with shower, macerator pump out toilet, ceramic hand basin set on a granite worktop with a large framed mirror above, heated towel rail, and additional storage/dressing table opposite the bath.

Master Cabin

A relaxing and practical bedroom. The master cabin is found forward and has direct access onto the bow well deck. A fixed king size berth with overhead storage cupboards and reading lights. Two full height handing wardrobes.

Heating and Hot Water Systems

In addition to the multi fuel stove in the saloon an Adle boiler provides central heating onboard running radiators throughout the boat, as well as the calorifier for hot water. The twin coil calorifier is connected to the engine circuit providing heat for hot water when running. An immersion heater is fitted to give hot water via shore power (240V). 

Electrics

The 240V system on board simply plugs into the shore line providing power to the sockets throughout the boat. When cruising, a Victron 3000W inverter and combine 120ah battery charger ensures you are never without power.
